• If a client cancels before work begins, a refund may be issued for amounts paid, excluding any unavoidable payment processing or administrative charges.
• After work has started, refunds are assessed based on work already completed, committed costs, third-party fees, and the agreed service scope.
• Completed digital work, completed consultation time, completed research, custom development milestones, and submitted marketplace work are generally non-refundable.
• For physical fulfilment or dispatch services, cancellation may only be possible before an item is packed, dispatched, or handed to a courier.
• Approved refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times may vary.

Fulfilment and logistics services are provided only where agreed in writing. Timelines, locations, carrier options, packaging, storage, and dispatch responsibilities depend on the specific client agreement.

• Dispatch estimates begin after payment clearance, stock availability, and required order details are confirmed.
• Tracking details are provided where available from the selected courier or fulfilment partner.
• Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, stock availability, supplier delays, incorrect address details, weather, or other events outside our direct control.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring products are lawful to sell, ship, import, export, and advertise in the relevant destination country.
• We do not handle counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe, or unlawfully sourced products.
